1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Autoware (a product of Finger Pe Rajcom Private Limited), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service

Autoware provides WhatsApp automation and AI tools. You agree to use these tools only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Send spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or violate WhatsApp's official commerce policies.
• Use the platform to distribute malware, phishing links, or illegal content.
• Attempt to bypass our Anti-Ban or rate-limiting systems.

3. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms or if your actions cause harm to our server infrastructure or reputation.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Barmer, Rajasthan.
